Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to brown the garlic. Stir in chopped parsley if desired, then remove from heat.

Combine shredded chicken with half of the garlic butter in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then add shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until evenly coated.

Lay a tortilla flat on your work surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken and cheese mixture onto one side. Layer with optional add-ins such as bacon bits, tomatoes, or spinach if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a burrito shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of each wrap with the remaining garlic butter. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp.

Slice wraps in half and serve warm, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce such as ranch, garlic mayo, or hot sauce.
